Why is RazorBall.Net offering RazorBall LiveHelp! for free?
Good question! It came down to a few factors. (1) we already had all of the equipment to accomplish the task, (2) we thought it would be a great means for our customers to get in touch with us and ask us questions about their websites, (3) we figured that only answering our customer's questions would be limiting and with the years of experience that we have in the Information Technology industry, we should try to help others too.
I entered a nickname, then logged in; however, the system changed my nickname!
Yes, some common nicknames are already reserved. For instance, if you attempt to use the nickname MarcFussell the system will change your nickname because that is the nickname of a RazorBall staff member. Basically, if you enter a nickname that is already registered the system will change your nickname within 30 seconds. To try a new nickname simply enter: /nick (Replacing with the new nickname you wish to use).
